Thank you for shopping with Calia. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Pre-Order Policy
All Calia 3-piece sets are sold on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated dispatch timeframe.
Once a pre-order has been placed, cancellations are not guaranteed as production and allocation begins immediately.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• No makeup, deodorant or perfume marks
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage or alteration.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
